Gluten Free Pizza Dough for Focaccia

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Pizza Dough

1 c. rice flour
4 oz. tapioca flour
2 T. sugar, granulated
1/6 oz. xanthan gum
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
2 egg whites
1 1/2 T. Olive oil
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
3/4 c. milk, warm
2 T. milk

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Pizza Dough

  1. Blend dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix wet ingredients then combine with the dry ingredients.

  3. Once incorporated transfer to a sheet and spread with greased hands. Let rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
