Gluten free pizza crust. [Warning: This dough will not act like wheaty dough.]

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten-free Pizza Crust

1/4 cup Organic Brown Rice Flour
1 cup Gluten Free Sweet White Sorghum Flour
1/4 cup Millet Flour
1 1/2 serving Baking Powder
1/4 tbsp Guar Gum
1 tsp Salt, Table
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
5 grams Yeast
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal

Recipe Directions for Gluten-free Pizza Crust

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.

  2. Proof the yeast in warm water with tsp of sugar

  3. Mix flax meal with 3TB hot water

  4. Mix all ingredients together.

  5. Use a wet fork to flatten onto pizza pan, dispersing dough evenly.

  6. Sit in warm spot for 20ish minutes.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

  8. Top with toppings, bake some more.
