Recipe Ingredients for Gluten-free pizza crust

3/4 cups sorghum flour
3/4 cups potato starch
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 cup water
1 tbsp active dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1/4 tsp xanthan gum

Recipe Directions for Gluten-free pizza crust

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Add water and mix until dough forms

  3. Press out on to pizza stone and add favorite toppings

  4. Cook at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden
