Dense, chewy bread. Mildly sweet from raisins. Add more cinnamon next time. Used XL eggs.

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten-Free Pecan Raisin Bread

3/4 cup almond butter
4 jumbo eggs
1/4 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup arrowroot flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Recipe Directions for Gluten-Free Pecan Raisin Bread

Preheat to 350F and adjust so lowest rack is free. Mix almond butter at room temperature until smooth. Blend in eggs. In a separate bowl, blend dry ingredients except for raisins & pecans. Add dry to wet. Fold in raisins & pecans. Bake on lowest rack for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
