2 serving Kirkland Real Egg Product (1/4 cup liquid eggs)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
30 grams Market Pantry - apples dried fruit

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Pantry Muffin & Scone Mix - Apple Cinnamon

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin or small loaf pan.

  2. BEAT together yogurt, eggs & vanilla until smooth and creamy.

  3. STIR in milk and mix until smooth.

  4. CUT apple pieces into bit sizes then add to cinnamon and splenda until evenly coated.

  5. FOLD in apple & cinnamon mixture to the batter.

  6. POUR into geased tin.

  7. BAKE for 25 - 30 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

  8. MAKES 12 to 15 muffins or one medium sized loaf (8X4).
