I took the oil, and the whole eggs, and replaced them by taking 4 egg whites for the two whole eggs originally called for, and using 1/2 of unsweetened apple sauce for the two tablespoons of oil. I also didn't make the pancakes as large as originally supposed to, which was 16 pancakes, and I made 22.

1.87 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
4 large Egg, White
