Recipe Ingredients for Gluten free onion rings

2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
16 tbsp Gluten Free Flour
1 cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Gluten free onion rings

  1. Chop onions into rings

  2. mix dry ingredents

  3. add 1 cup of milk

  4. add more milk if needed - batter should be thick but pourable

  5. dip onion rings in batter and bake or fry
