Recipe Ingredients for Gluten free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

1 1/4 cup rice flour, white
1/2 cup rice flour, white
1/3 cup oats, pure
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup margarine spread
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8 oz chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Gluten free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix wet ingredients together.

  3. Blend the two and stir in chocolate chips.

  4. Drop by the rounded tablespoonful onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 8-10 mins.

  5. Cool and enjoy!
