Gluten-free Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Gluten-Free Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy

  3. Add 2 eggs, vanilla extract and baking soda and mix.

  4. Add peanut butter and mix well.

  5. Add oats and chocolate chips and mix together well

  6. Grease a cookie sheet and add spoonful of mixture about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are brown. Recipe makes approximately 48 cookies.
