Recipe Ingredients for gluten free nut macaroons

1 egg white
1/2 cup finely ground almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for gluten free nut macaroons

mix all ingredients together. using small ice cream scoop, place mounds on parchment lined cookie sheet. bake in 300 oven for approximately 20 minutes. until lightly browned and firm. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
