Gluten-free meatballs. May be made stove-top or baked.

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten-free Meatballs

1 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
0.25 cup dry Gluten Free Rolled Oats
3 tsp Oregano, Ground
12 grams Italian Seasoning
3 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Onion Powder
1 egg Cage Free Eggs
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Gluten-free Meatballs

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl using hands.

  2. Form into 1" - 1.5" balls.

  3. Heat olive oil on the stove-top in a frying pan.

  4. Cook meatballs until done through (165* F at center) rotating to prevent burning and encourage even browning.

  5. Remove from oil and place on paper towel.

  6. Serve with rice pasta and tomato sauce.
