Gluten free pasta and home made cheese sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten free Mac and cheese

3 cup Elbow Macaroni Gluten Free Pasta
4 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft
16 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/4 cup mix Gluten Free Pancake Mix

Recipe Directions for Gluten free Mac and cheese

  1. Boil 8 ounces of gluten free pasta elbow shells then drain

  2. Melt 4 tbs of country crock butter

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste

  4. Add pancake mix while stirring

  5. Add cup of skim milk

  6. Add cup of heavy whipping cream

  7. Let boil for two minutes

  8. Reduce heat

  9. Add shredded cheese slowly while stirring then take off heat once melted

  10. Put pasta is a baking dish greased with non calorie spray

  11. Add cheese sauce to the dish and mix

  12. Cook at 400 F for 20 minutes
