Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Lasagna-alike

1 lb Hamburger
1 lb sweet italian sausage
28 oz Tomatoes Diced
1 large red pepper
8 oz mushrooms sliced
4 garlic cloves
1 tbs fresh rosemary
1 tbs sugar
1 lb Ziti Gluten Free Pasta
2 eggs
15 oz part skim ricotta
8 oz parmesean cheese
1 cup mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Lasagna-alike

  1. Brown beef and sausage, add next 6 ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours till cooked and thickened.

  2. Boil noodles according to package instructions.

  3. Drain noodles and add eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta, and cheese twice.

  5. Bake, covered, at 350 at approximately 30-40 minutes until heated through.
