Really good! :) Found on a website as a recipe for granola bars, and altered it to be healthier.

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Granola

2 c. oats
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 c. almonds
1/4 c. flax seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine dry ingredients. (You can do this in a food processor if you like).

  3. Combine the peanut butter and maple syrup in a different bowl. Pour over the dry ingredients and stir to coat evenly.

  4. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, stirring frequently.

  5. Let cool.

  6. Enjoy! :)
