granola bars 100% gluten free using quinoa flakes

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Granola bars

1 tablespoon Hulled Hemp Seed
1 tablespoon Original Raw Chia Seeds
3 tablespoons flax
1 3/4 cups Quinoa Flakes
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
2 teaspoons almond butter
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons agave syrup
10 almonds

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Granola bars

combine all dry ingredients thouroughly, add wet and mix until well combined. Put into greased pan and press until 1/4 inch or desired thickness. Bake at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes depending on oven and altitude, take out slice into individual bars and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
