Gluten Free Flatbread - and soooo good!

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Flatbread

1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 tablespoon Blue Agave
8 g xanthan gum
1/8 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup water
1 tsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Flatbread

Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Spread thinly on a cookie sheet which has been sprayed with nonstick and dusted with rice flour. Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes.
