Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Flatbread

1 egg
2 tsp canola oil
1 tbsp apple sauce
1/16 salt
2 tbsp GF Sorghum Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Flatbread

Mix egg in small bowl. Add other ingredients and mix until well blended. Spray oil on microwave safe dinner plate. Pour batter on plate and spread evenly. Microwave for 2 minutes. Remove from plate and allow to cool on rack.
