They worked out better than any regular pancakes I've ever tried to make have! Makes about 3 medium sized pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free and egg-free pancakes

2/5 cup Garbanzo Fava Bean Flour
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1/2 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free and egg-free pancakes

Mix together wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately, then add to one bowl, frying time similar to regular pancakes
