For those of us who want to or need to cut dairy and gluten out of our diets. To the best of my knowledge this 'cheesecake' does the trick!

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free, and Dairy Free Oreo Cheesecake Surprise

8 oz Non-Dairy Whipped Topping
8 oz Original
3 1/2 oz Cook and Serve Pudding and Pie Filling Chocolate
245 grams Milk
100 grams Gluten Free Chocolate Cookies with Chocolate Cream

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free, and Dairy Free Oreo Cheesecake Surprise

  1. Scrape filling from 10 Glutino Chocolate Vanilla Cream Cookie Shells and crush until they are crumbs. Layer in pie dish or tray.

  2. Follow directions on pudding box, but only blend 1/2 cup of soya milk, and cook and serve pudding mix together until smooth.

  3. Mix 1/2 cup soya milk and 8 oz. soy cream cheese until smooth.

  4. Take soy cream cheese mixture and fold into the whole container of non-dairy whipped dressing.

  5. Pour Soy Cream Cheese and Non-Dairy whipped dressing mixture on top of Oreo Crumb Crust. Spread til smooth.

  6. Pour layer of Chocolate Pudding Mixture on top and spread til smooth.

  7. Refrigerate for a few hours til desired hardness, or eat right away.

  8. Tip: For added texture add cookie crumbs in between pudding and cream cheese/ whipped topping layers.
