Recipe Ingredients for gluten free and dairy free lasagna

8 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
14 oz Cashew Nuts
1 serving Garlic Oil
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 block Tofu, Firm
2 lemon yields Lemon Juice
28 oz Spaghetti Sauce No Added Sugar
2 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for gluten free and dairy free lasagna

slice the zucchini lengthwise. mix the tofu with herbs and 2 eggs and 1/2 the lemon juice in a food processor. Mix the soaked cashews with oils, lemon juice and herbs in a high speed blender. layer the sauce, then zucchini, then tofu, then sauce, then chashew mixture and repeat. Bake at 375 for 30 min covered and 30 min uncovered, and let cool 45 min befoere serving
