Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Cinnamon Bread

4 serving Grape Seed Oil
3 oz Agave Nectar
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.5 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 cup Organic White Rice Flour
4 oz Brown Rice Flour
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tbsp Xanthan Gum
1.25 serving Good Karma unsweetened rice milk
1 gram Stevia Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Cinnamon Bread

  1. pre-heat oven to 350'F and grease/oil a 9" cake pan

  2. in large bowl combine: rice milk, oil, egg, agave and vanilla

  3. in separate bowl combine dry ingredients

  4. slowly add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until just combined

  5. pour into prepared cake pan

  6. sprinkle extra cinnamon/stevia on top and swirl top with a knife

  7. bake for 45-50min or until toothpick inserted comes out slightly gooey

  8. can remove from cake pan after 10min of cooling

  9. makes 16 servings
