replaced flax with chia, simplified ingredients and halved the recipe @ "http://balancedbites.com/2010/01/easy-recipe-gluten-free-flax-granola.html" make it your own: add cinnamon and nutmeg, nuts or seeds, throw in some chocolate chips after baking, etc

Recipe Ingredients for gluten free chia granola

1.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Coconut
1 tbsp Butter
4 tablespoons Chia Seed

Recipe Directions for gluten free chia granola

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. melt coconut oil & butter, add vanilla

  3. stir all ingredients together

  4. bake 15 minutes
