Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Cheesecake

24 oz cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup graham crackers
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
16 oz sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Cheesecake

  1. Combine 3-8oz cream cheese, 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix until smooth about 20 minutes

  2. pour into graham crust: 1 1/3 cup gluten free graham crackers, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  3. Bake the cheesecake about 1 hour at 350 degrees

  4. cool 10 minutes. While cooling combine 16oz of sour cream, 2tbsp sugar, and 1tsp vanilla. Pour over baked cheesecake

  5. Return to oven for 15 minutes

  6. Refrigerate overnight
