Recipe Ingredients for Gluten free cake (homemade)

100 grams Water
75 grams Sugars, Granulated
160 grams Egg, Whole
250 grams (Golden Hearth) Gluten,Yeast

Recipe Directions for Gluten free cake (homemade)

Preheat oven to 190C. Mix all ingredients on medium speed for 3 minutes. Mix on high speed for another 3 minutes. Pour batter into cake/bread tin and bake for 30 minutes. Cool cake on rack and decorate or put icing or leave plain.
