2/3 cup 2% milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Gluten-Free Buckwheat Pancakes

sift together dry ingredients, combine with wet, allow to sit for 5 minutes. Make as with regular pancake mix - makes about 6-7 4-inch pancakes, 2 at a time.
