Delicious gluten free brownies - No use of any kind of flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Brownies

6 tbls Butter
8 oz chocolate
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbls unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbls corn starch

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Brownies

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 and line an 8" square pan (non-glass) with foil and lightly greese.

  2. 2. In medium saucepan melt butter on very low heat. Then melt chocolate; stirring constantly.

  3. 3. Remove from heat & slowly stir in sugar.

  4. Stir in eggs; one at a time.

  5. 4. Sift Cocoa powder & corn starch together. Then add it to batter and beat vigorously for at least 3 minutes until no longer grainy and is nearly smooth. (Will pull away from sides a bit)

  6. 5. Add 1 cup nuts (optional: will change nutrition amounts) and then pour into pan.

  7. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until brownies feel just set in the center.

  8. *Rotate pan halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  9. *Let cool completely before slicing.

  10. * If crumbly it means you didn't beat the batter enough in step 4.
