Gluten free version of America's Test Kitchen's low fat brownies.

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Brownie

0.33 cup Almond Meal/Flour
11 tbsp Coconut Flour
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
4 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Sour Cream Light
1 tbsp Special Dark Syrup
4 oz Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Brownie

  1. Melt chocolate with butter and set aside.

  2. Mix all wet ingredients together with sugar. Add chocolate.

  3. Sift together all dry ingredients.

  4. Stir together.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 8x8 pan.
