Recipe Ingredients for Gluten free bread

16 oz Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix
1 cup Milk, Fluid, 3.25% Milkfat
1 cup Pure Almond Original
2 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup Applesauce
0.25 cup Olive Oil
21 grams Chia Seeds, Dried
1 oz Yeast

Recipe Directions for Gluten free bread

  1. Mix the milk and almond silk and warm up to body temperature (about 40C) and add the yeast to it, leave to froth for 5-10 mins

  2. add the bread mix to the mixing bowl

  3. once the yeast has frothed, add the eggs, oil, milk/yeast mixture, applesauce and chia seeds to the mixing bowl

  4. Mix all the ingredients on medium for 3-5 minutes

  5. transfer mis to a well greased bread tin

  6. Bake for 60-65 mins at 190C
