Recipe Ingredients for Gluten free blueberry muffins

2 1/4 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 bananas
1 1/4 cup fat free milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Gluten free blueberry muffins

preheat oven to 400 F. Fill muffin tins with paper liners. Combine flour, baking powder & cinnamon. Blend bananas, milk, maple syrup and eggs in blender until smooth and frothy. Pour liquid into flour mixture. Stir in berries. Fill muffins until 2/3 full. bake for 20 minutes.
