GF Muffins. I had to calculate it based upon one serving, instead of the whole recipe, due to the way the product is listed. I will try to upload the right portions later.

0.2 tbsp Original Raw Chia Seeds
0.5 tbsp Organic Organic Golden Flax Seeds
14 1/2 grams Blueberries
0.4 tbsp Omega Plus Buttery Spread
0.025 cup, hulled Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Blueberry Flax Muffins

follow directions on box, add in 1 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup flax seeds, 1/4 cup sunflower kernels and 2 tsp chia seeds. Delicious!
