Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Banana Walnut Muffins

60 g garbanzo bean flour
30 g buckwheat flour
125 g brown rice flour
70 g tapioca flour
60 g sugar
250 g banana
6 g baking powder
4 g salt
65 g egg
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbs vinegar
28 g coconut oil
2 oz walnuts
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Banana Walnut Muffins

  1. Sift dry.

  2. Mix wet.

  3. Add dry to wet.

  4. Add walnuts.

  5. Bake at 375 for 18 minutes.
