0.33 cup AllWhites
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
4 3/5 grams Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Baking Soda
1 scoop Stevia Powder

Recipe Directions for Gluten-Free Banana Protein Muffin

Combine Dry Ingredients, Mash up Banana, Add in Egg Whites, Stir till batter-like. If you are lazy, do it all in one bowl and then place bowl in microwave for 5 minutes. Flip Bowl over Plate, ENJOY!
