gluten free oatmeal / chocolate chip muffin

Recipe Ingredients for gluten free banana oatmeal choc chips muffin

10 tbsp Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
480 grams Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
4 large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for gluten free banana oatmeal choc chips muffin

set oven to 375. mash bananas. with mixer blend all ingredients except choc chips. let the batter sit while you get the pans ready. either use liners or spray muffin pans with non stick spray. mix chips in batter and then fill the cups. fill them almost all the way. just they dont rise so fill almost to rim. bake for 20-30 mins or until edges brown slightly. let them cool before taking out of muffin tin
