Gluten Free with applesauce and Flaxseed

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Banana Bread

3 cups Gluten Free Flour
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup Sugar, Granulated
1/2 cups Agave Nectar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 large Egg, Whole\
4 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Apple Sauce
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp ground cloves
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Banana Bread

Beat oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick. Mix in the applesauce and bananas. Combine dry ingredients and add to the wet stirring enough to mix it all. Pour into 2 Loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
