brown rice flour, buckwheat groats, flaxseed

Recipe Ingredients for Gluten Free Almond Butter Granola

140 g (1 cup) brown rice flour
1/4 cup toasted buckwheat groats
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/3 cup honey
4 T. almond butter

Recipe Directions for Gluten Free Almond Butter Granola

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.

  2. Mix almond butter and honey in small bowl.

  3. Mix all together, cutting together like biscuit dough to completely incorporate all the rice flour.

  4. Spread on greased baking sheet and spread out thin.

  5. Bake at 325 x 10 minutes. Stir and break up clumps. Bake another 5-10 min (stir every 5 minutes) until golden.

  6. Remove from oven, break up clumps, and cool. Freeze.
