Delious peanut butter cookies for any one - including those who do not do dairy or gluten!

Recipe Ingredients for gluten/dairy free peanut butter cookies

1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for gluten/dairy free peanut butter cookies

  1. Heat over to 350

  2. Hand mix all ingredients in medium bowl.

  3. Cover large cookies sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet with a tablespoon.

  5. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes.

  6. Cool on pan for 5 minutes.

  7. Remover cookies from pan, place on cooling rack for 15 minutes. ENJOY
