Pasta with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and feta cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Glorious Greek Pasta Salad

1 pound rotini pasta
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbs and 1 tsp crushed dried oregano
2 cucumbers, peeled cut into 1/2-inch thick rounds
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 pound kalamata olives pitted and halved
1 pound feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Glorious Greek Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasa according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain well.

  2. In a small bowl, wisk together oil, vinegar and oregano; set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cucumber, tomatoes and olives. Toss with dressing to coat. Gently foll in feta cheese before serving.
