Recipe Ingredients for glop

1000 grams bramley apples
264 grams Plums
20 grams Dried Cranberries
1 1/10 grams Cloves, Ground
10 grams Cinnamon, Ground
30 grams Almonds
2 serving cherry active concentrate

Recipe Directions for glop

wash, core and cut apples add to 1 cup water, whole spices, cut plums and cranberries and simmer over a low heat.. When fruit is soft, remove spices and puree with a hand blender. add cherry concentrate and crushed almonds and refrigerate. serve with yoghurt, cereal, yoghurt or as a side dish with meat.
