Glazed Squash Recipe

Delicious! Not too sweet! This glaze also works well with yams and sweet potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for Glazed Squash

1 lb butternut squash
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rum
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh minced ginger

Recipe Directions for Glazed Squash

Peel squash and cut into 1 inch cubes. (Note: Squash is easier to peel if blanched for 5 minutes in boiling water). Toss cubes of squash in a bowl with mixture of remaining ingredients. Pour into well-greased baking dish. Bake for 45 mins at 400.
