Recipe Ingredients for glazed pork

1 pound pork tenderloin
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for glazed pork

  1. cut tenderloin into 16 slices

  2. mix flour, 1 tbsp sugar, cumin, cayenne together and dredge pork in this mixture

  3. meanwhile, combine raisins, orange juice, and vinegar and remaining tbsp sugar.

  4. brown pork for about one minute on each side in olive oil, then add liquids and cook one minute till glaze thickens.
