Not too sweet, delicious with pureed sweet potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Glazed Pork Chops

5 pork chops
1 cup apple juice
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup apricot preserves

Recipe Directions for Glazed Pork Chops

  1. Pour oil into a large frying pan

  2. Brown pork chops

  3. Deglaze pan with apple juice

  4. Replace chops, and let simmer for 15 minutes, turning chops as needed

  5. Remove chops, keep warm

  6. Add apricot preserves to pan, stirring to dissolve

  7. Let boil until thickened, about 8-10 minutes (watch it so it does not burn).

  8. Plate chops, top with glaze.
