Recipe Ingredients for Glazed Pork with Apples and Red Onions

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 cups red apples
1 cup red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
24 oz pork tenderloins

Recipe Directions for Glazed Pork with Apples and Red Onions

  1. Chop apples and onion into 1 inch pieces.

  2. Roast apples and onion 15 mins at 450 (salt, pepper, oil).

  3. combine syrup and vinegar, bring to boil, divide (basting and serving).

  4. Add pork brushed with glaze, salt and pepper on separate sheet, roast 20 mins, rest 10.
