Recipe Ingredients for Glazed Meatloaf

2 lb ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 cup 1% milk
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoon onion flakes
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 oz tomato sauce
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Glazed Meatloaf

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, half of the ketchup, onion, half of the brown sugar, salt, and pepper.

  2. Form into a loaf in 9x13 pan.

  3. Make glase from the rest of the ketchup, brown sugar, tomato sauce and green peppers by bringing them to a boil in a small saucepan.

  4. Pour over meatloaf.

  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
