My wife found this recipe. Wonderful and simple.

Recipe Ingredients for Glazed Meatloaf

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 egg, beaten
1 cube beef bouillon, crumbled
3 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Glazed Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and dry mustard. Mix until smooth.

  3. In a large bowl combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, bouillon, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/3 of ketchup mixture. Mix until well blended.

  4. Form into a loaf and place on cookie sheet. (You may use a loaf pan, but the grease seems to stick to sides and bottom of the pan.) Bake 1 hour.

  5. Pour off fat and pour reserved ketchup mixture over loaf and bake another 10 minutes.
