Recipe Ingredients for Glazed Carrots

170 grams carrots (around 3 1/2 small carrots, 6 ounces or so)
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. light brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. honey

Recipe Directions for Glazed Carrots

  1. Cook carrots until tender (add carrots to boiling water and cook for around 15 minutes).

  2. In a saucepan, add butter and melt over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, honey, and carrots.

  3. Reduce heat to low and cook until carrots are well glazed, 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
