2 tablespoons minced orange zest
3 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  2. Add powdered sugar and mix on medium low speed, scraping bowl twice. The mixture will be crumbly.

  3. Add the milk and vanilla and beat on medium until fluffy, about 1 minute. The mixture may look slightly separated. Set aside until ready to use.
