This is a nice low calorie veggie and chicken Pizza, get creative with other ingredients just be careful to keep an eye on the calorie

Recipe Ingredients for Gladys' Pizza

2 pieces(94 g) Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
1 flatbread Artisan Fold It Flatbread
0.08 cup Reduced Fat Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
0.5 large(16 g) Squash, Zucchini, Baby
1 Serving Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Gladys' Pizza

  1. Cook chicken in balsamic vinigrete or then shred or cut into small cubes.

  2. Take flat bread and brush bbq sauce or tomatoe sauce (low sodium)

  3. Cut 1/4 of zucchini into 4ths and sliced thin, cut grape tomatoed in half and layer w/ zucchini

  4. Put Chicken evenly on both sides than top with shredded cheese and a spoonful of BBQ sauce if desired.
