Recipe Ingredients for GITHERI

1 cup BOILED BEANS
1 cup BOILED CORN
1 cup BOILED POTATOES
1 cup SHREDDED CABBAGE
2 large ONIONS
3 TOMATOES
1 tbsp OLIVE OIL
1 tbsp GINGER
1/2 cup WATER

Recipe Directions for GITHERI

  1. FRY THE ONION IN THE OLIVE OIL

  2. ADD TOMATOES AND GINGER

  3. ADD THE BOILED BEANS, BOILED CORN AND BOILED POTATOES

  4. ADD THE WATER

  5. LET IT CATCH A BOIL AND COVER WITH A LID

  6. ADD THE CABBAGE AND LET IT STEAM FOR FIVE MINUTES WITHOUT THE LID

  7. ADD SALT TO TASTE

  8. MIX EVERYTHING

  9. SERVE WHILE HOT WITH SLICED AVOCADO
