1/3 cup Mung beans
1 small tomato
1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic
120 grams eggplant
50 grams string beans
340 grams pumpkin
1 cube beef bouillon
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sunflower oil
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Ginisa Munggo

  1. Boil Mung beans until tender -about 20 minutes

  2. Sautee tomato, onion and garlic

  3. Add mung beans and beef bouillon

  4. Add 1 cup water

  5. Add pumpkin and let simmer

  6. Add 1 cup water, string beans and eggplant

  7. Add soy sauce to taste
