olive oil granola accented with ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon, sweetened with maple syrup and agave nectar, and filled with pistachios, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and crystallized ginger...tastes like fall!

Recipe Ingredients for Gingery Olive Oil Granola

2 3/4 cups oats
1/2 cup spelt
1/2 cup triticale
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cups pistachios
1/4 cups raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cups raw sunflower seeds
0.33 cups extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cups grade b maple syrup
84 g agave nectar
96 g sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp sea salt
60 g dried cranberries
60 g crystallized ginger

Recipe Directions for Gingery Olive Oil Granola

  1. Mix all ingredients (dry first, then add wet) excluding dried fruits

  2. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes or so, when oats are crisp and golden

  3. Remove from oven and mix with dried fruit

  4. Keep in an airtight container and enjoy!
